Mostly stuff from me this evening.

Here's something I wrote a few years back, a vivid moment from the days we
spent undergoing IVF treatment. It's very personal, even for me, and honest
and emotional. I sent it to The Morning News and they liked it, but they'd
not long published Paul Ford's excellent (and better) piece on almost
exactly the same subject matter. So TMN didn't use it, and it sat on my
computer for a while. No point leaving it there, eh?

I've decided to have another go writing week notes, but I'm aware that I
might not always have something to say every week, so I might do them less
often. So I thought I'd call them weak notes instead. Here's the first one.

And here's a thing I wrote a few weeks ago but I don't think I mentioned
here. It's about having a list of things-you-need-to-think-about. Not a
todo list, and not a list you necessarily need to remember to look at. Just
a list that stays in your peripheral vision, reminding you of things as and
when you happen to notice it again.
